Yes, we will update when this is ready.
It’s a shame that the whole winter is over soon, and still this problem exists
Will this be corrected before we get temperature below 0C next winter?
It’s in the plans yes! And I really hope we’re fixing this before we hit the next winter
Any news on this? 5th of january you wrote that a fix hopefully would come with the next zigbee release. Is it getting any closer?
Mine is working after last update
Mine is still not working. Tested today in the freezer. Stops reporting temperature immediately after dropping below 0C. Hub is updated.
Have you tried to Re-include the unit?
Sadly we have not been able to solve this issue yet. The fix has been identified and is being worked on. We are bundling this with a bigger zigbee-release down the road, so it might take a fair bit more time than previously anticipated.
We apologize for this taking so long, we’ve had to prioritize our resources differently than we wanted to lately, but hopefully we’ll get this fix sooner rather than later.
Any updates or time estimates for the release?
Missing reports from sensors now that outdoor temperatures have dropped below 0C.
I don’t have a time estimate, unfortunately. But since it’s getting colder, we get more cases and push on it. I will ask for an update asap
Any updates or time estimates for the release/fix?
Any update ?
Yet another winter is coming. Has this been resolved yet?
It would be really nice with some action on this topic from futurehome.
Will this be the third winter now without Aqara support for negative celsius?
I am beyond disappointed.
This problem has lastet for way to long. It looks like a classical arithmetic signed vs unsigned programming issue, and ought to be easy to fix.
