Hi! I’m having problem connecting my ID Lock 202 multi (with z-wave module) to my Smarthub II, I get them to pair and I can see the unit. But I cannot do anything and it seems like some settings are missing? I cannot update the lock either because their app is meant for an older version (I have samsung)… I don’t know what I’m missing.
All i want to do is be able to lock and unlock my front door with my phone. The gateway was given to me recently and i bought the lock a few months ago.

Which “mode” did you select when you started including the device?
For door locks etc you’ll need to select secure inclusion as described in step 4 here;
So if you chose the default non-secure inclusion you have to first exclude the device, and then include it once more.

Hi, I face the issue as mentioned above as not able use the Smarthub app to open and lock the ID Lock 202 Multi door. I use Zwave module and use selected “secure inclusion” mode while adding the device to Smarthub II. Should I need to configure any parameters in Settings.
Now app is not showing the correct status as whether the door is opened or closed.
Can you please help.
“Secure inclusion” should work just fine. Try to repaire the unit. It is included to the hub with standard “lock parameteres”, that should work.
