what action can i use to force a status update for danalock to the app, so it’s reflected inn the app dashboard for security
i have tested:
i almost always have to close the app before the lock status is updated.
or is this related to this issue? https://futurehome.canny.io/issues/p/app-often-shows-no-info
Have you checked messagestream if you get response? Also check if you have set the right payload configuration. Should be string on value type, and null for the default value
Ok I will check that, but do you know if it works to get the lock status updated without closing and restarting the app?
Done some more testing, I think it’s working because I get a push notification for the lock status, but the status in the dashboard is not updated
