What you need to do is send an exclusion event in ThingsPlex. (If you don’t use it I would call support.)
What you do is find the ID by navigating to Adapters, then Generic adapter. Find you item using the “Name” column, then look at it’s address, in this case “l44”
From there, you go to Registry, and then Settings. Enter “hue” as the adapter, and then the address (l44 in my case). Then press send and it will be deleted.
