i just received an futurehome hub. when i try to add a zigbee device i get the following error message inclusionerror: zigbee network not ready yet.
hub is rebooted.
the device work when i connect it to my old hub, hubitat.
any ideas?

Same issue here. Tried the above suggestion. Also tried 2 factory resets. Didn’t help. Very disappointed.

Do yourself a favour and buy a Homey. This product is very disappointing.
@Anders same problem, can’t get zigbee network working, can’t reach you on the support phone, no reply on support mail… and it seems this has been broken for over a month? Can you fix this or should I return the product? It’s starting to get cold here without working termostats…

We had an update on zigbee couple of weeks ago. I updated your hub and checked the logs. Got no error message, so it should work now. Please tag me here if it doesn’t.
No error now. Doesn’t find any devices but I will troubleshoot that a bit more. Thanks!

The reason for this varies some. As far as I can see now, your hub is offline, meaning I can’t investigate it. If you are still having trouble, please make sure it’s online and poke me in this channel
The hint worked fine by me. New FW update, repower and waited appr 60min.
