Looking for zigbee units never timing out in the app and no units added?

The add units process dont seem to time out anymore in the app. Is that an indication of something not working correctly?

Despite using all the tricks mentioned for adding aqara zigbee units I dont seem to be able to add them, but I guess the only way is to keep trying.

How do the process of adding them in thingsplex zigbee manager work? Add device - open network, but what is the template name (just a random name or needed to identify unit)?

This is ridiculus but nice that support works. After trying for days all of a sudden both one smartplug and one temp sensor was successfylly added. Strange but fun.
